Pine Grosbeaks
More first time visitors to the Ayers Bird Migratory Bed and Breakfast. I first saw a male and female Pine Grosbeak in the yard on October 3. One week later, they're still here. The male looks a lot like a house finch, but his larger size and wing bar gave him away. The female was easier to ID. With lots of hackberries in the yard right now, they have lots of food they'd enjoy!
