#3 Brick cheese
I can't find Brick cheese in Tucson. (Read my rant.) Sure I can live without it, but I wish I didn't have to!
And for all of those people who have never heard of "Brick cheese," here is proof it really does exist. I snapped this photo from the deli case at the major grocery store chain in the Pittsburgh area.
I live in the North Dallas area and have bought DeMill brick cheese at the gourmet section of the local Market Street grocery store. It's a new cheese to me and I really like it. So try your gourmet cheese sections in your Tuscon grocery store.
